Harvest:

Hand selected grapes harvested during the last week of September. The fermentation process takes place in small tanks after a drying process of 140 days.

The wine spends 4 years in the oak barrels

Bottle aging:
At least 12 months before released.

Colour:
Deep dense garnet red

Bouquet:
Complex, with hints of cherry, chocolate, vanilla, black pepper and licorice.

Taste:
Powerful but elegant, hint of dried grapes, strong yet subtle.
