Description
This wine, obtained from gently pressed Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes vinified off skins, is produced with the skillful use of the metodo classico and make the second fermentation into the bottle for at least 36 months. The color is golden yellow, intense but also brilliant and vivacious. The bouquet is rich with a nice combination of bread crust and vanilla, on a ground of mature apple and raisins. The taste is full and complex with a hint of apple surrounding some cream with a hint of citrus fruit and spices. Fresh and lively this wine is also full bodied with a long aftertaste, persistent as the elegant and fine perlage. Ideal as an aperitif can be served with a wide range of dishes, or just for a special toast.
